In the vineyard
WE BELIEVE FIRMLY IN WORKING HARD IN THE VINEYARD TO MAKE GREAT WINES
We are convinced that responsible viticulture must respect the balance of nature and enhance biodiversity.
This is why we pay particular attention and devote great care to the vine and its vegetative cycle, fighting traditional diseases with natural products that protect and nourish the plant.
Knowing our vines and how they react during their vegetative cycle is essential in order to support them in the best way possible.
In the cellar
RESPECT AND TRADITION
We apply traditional methods in the cellar, eliminating all oenological intervention, respecting the typicality of the wines of Barbaresco and their interpretations of the terroir.
Long macerations, submerged cap and ageing in large oak barrels are aimed at highlighting the terroir as well as the elegance of our Piedmontese grape varieties.
