Maté has a typical bouquet of wild roses and wild strawberries, together with attractive floral notes that we also find on the palate in addition to spicy and salty sensations. 

Vinification:
Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously. Maceration on skins is followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation that is completed in stainless steel.
