Terroir and high altitude of the vineyards give the wine spicy notes as well as outstanding complexity. Langhe DOC Nebbiolo is crisp and vibrant. At the heart of its structure, sweet floral and red fruit notes along with hints of rose petal. On the palate we find mint and liquorice, which become even more persistent towards the finish. 

Vinification:
After meticulous selection of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously. Maceration on skins is followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Ageing is carried out in barriques and large barrels.
